Attorney CALVIN FREAS

Calvin’s professional background includes experience in civil litigation, criminal defense, local government, defense contracting, national government, and information technology. He has worked as an emergency dispatcher, a logistics professional supporting US troops, and as an IT professional for his undergraduate and graduate universities. He has engaged in civil litigation against the Department of Labor and was successful in a suit for public records against a governmental entity on behalf of a news organization. Most recently Calvin practiced criminal defense, from pre-indictment to litigation, through appellate courts, and has briefed, argued, and won an appeal on a pro bono case.

At Kerrane Storz, Calvin brings his varied experiences and passion for clients to fight on behalf of homeowners, homeowners associations, and others who have been affected by construction defects.

Calvin enjoys cooking (and can’t be left alone at Williams Sonoma), hiking, and spending time with his wife and family.
