Attorney CALVIN FREAS
Calvin’s professional background spans civil litigation, criminal defense, local government, defense contracting, national government, and information technology. His experience includes serving as an emergency dispatcher, supporting U.S. military logistics operations, and working in IT roles for both his undergraduate and graduate universities. He has successfully litigated matters against the Department of Labor and prevailed in a public-records lawsuit against a governmental entity on behalf of a news organization. Most recently, Calvin practiced criminal defense at every stage of the process—from pre-indictment investigations through trial and appeal—and successfully briefed, argued, and won a pro bono appeal.
At Kerrane Storz, Calvin brings a broad range of experience, practical problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to client advocacy in representing homeowners, homeowners associations, and others impacted by construction defects.
Outside the office, Calvin enjoys cooking (and should probably avoid being left unattended in Williams Sonoma), hiking, and spending time with his wife and family.
