Business Development Manager DEE EATON

Dee Eaton joined KerraneStorz in 2025 as the Business Development Manager for Houston and Central Texas. She brings over 15 years of experience in the community association industry, having held various roles from portfolio manager for single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums to business development for HOA management firms.

Dee is an active member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Greater Houston Chapter, where she serves on both the Membership and Outreach Committees. She is also a founding member and the current Secretary of the Texas Legislative Action Committee (TLAC), advocating for legislation that supports and protects community associations across the state.

Well-known in the industry for her extensive network and ability to connect people, Dee is passionate about providing community associations and property owners with the resources they need to safeguard their homes and investments. Working closely with the KerraneStorz legal team, she helps facilitate connections between boards, managers, and developers with the firm’s attorneys to confidently navigate construction defect challenges.

Outside of work, Dee enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, their two dogs, and her close circle of family and friends. She loves being by the water, traveling, and cheering on her favorite sports teams. She values building connections both personally and professionally, always finding joy in bringing people together.
