Asphalt & Concrete

Concrete and asphalt defects are often the most frequent complaint of homeowners. Concrete and asphalt problems can be indicated by cracked, heaved, sunken, or spalled (flaking) pavement. Pavement drainage problems can either be indicated by water ponding on pavements, or water that flows towards and into buildings rather than away from them. Concrete and asphalt defects can be caused by improper installation, improper design, improper coordination or allocation of work amongst various subcontractor trades, or any combination of these errors.
