Top 10 Settlements of the Year—Denver Business Journal

The Denver Business Journal recently identified the Heritage Village case as one of the largest reported settlements of 2006. Although the Journal’s figure was low by almost half—the homeowners’ gross recovery was actually over $6 million—the settlement nevertheless made the Journal’s list of the top ten recoveries for the year.
