BKSN Receives $3.6M Award Against D.R. Horton for Stapleton community HOA

Denver, May 24, 2013 -- Today, Benson, Kerrane, Storz & Nelson received the final award on a construction defect arbitration againt D.R. Horton totaling $3,654,138  for one of its community association clients located in the Stapleton community.  During an arbitration hearing that took place in April through June last year, the Association brought construction defect claims including sinking patios, window flashing, cold rooms and frozen pipes.
