We are currently hiring for the following positions in Texas and Colorado: 

Civil Litigation Attorney – Texas

Are you the attorney who was not intimidated to take a deposition in your first year practicing law?  Do you want to work closely with some of the best attorneys in their field?  Are you the attorney who desires to turn every situation into a win for your client?  Do you want a unique hands-on experience that only a small firm can offer?  If this resonates with you, then our Attorney position would interest you. 

We are looking for an attorney with 0 – 5 years of experience representing plaintiffs in consumer protection matters who has strong writing and legal research skills, as well as someone with excellent analytical skills, common sense, initiative, and an adventurous spirit.  The exceptional candidate will be someone who can make difficult legal concepts understandable, relates well to clients and staff, thinks creatively, and enjoys business development activities. There are many advantages to working for a smaller firm, such as participating in more interesting legal work, learning from and developing relationships with shareholders and senior attorneys, enjoying the advantages of flexible work hours, working in a relaxed atmosphere, and enhancing your prospect to be recognized for your contributions. 

The base salary range is $75,000 to $100,000 plus discretionary bonuses.

Client Relations Coordinator -- Colorado

Are you the person who likes to keep everything organized and on track?  Do you enjoy a variety of responsibilities?  Are you the one who takes care of issues before someone else even notices there is a problem?  Do you want to work in a professional environment and be treated like a professional?  If this resonates with you, then our Client Relations Coordinator position would interest you.  Kerrane Storz, P.C. is a multi-state construction-defect law firm that represents homeowners who are suffering from construction defects. 

We are looking for a Client Relations Coordinator who will work behind the scenes to coordinate the efforts of our Client Relations Managers in Colorado and Texas, someone who has extensive experience with Salesforce, and someone to plan and schedule educational classes and charitable events, to develop ads and other graphic materials, to schedule and set up trade show booths, to curate our social media presence, and to assist with the logistical needs of our firm.  Additionally you will conduct industry research and maintain our contact lists and group calendar.  You will ensure spending is on-budget, assist in securing promotional merchandise, and you will make sure that our client relations team meets all deadlines.  The exceptional candidate can keep many plates spinning in the air, relates equally well to clients and staff, thinks creatively, works well independently, and will do what it takes to ensure that our business development activities are successful. We are looking for someone who is organized, creative, has strong communication skills, common sense, initiative, and an adventurous spirit. 

The base salary range is $50,000 to $70,000 plus discretionary bonuses.   An Associate’s degree is required and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

 

Executive Director of Business Development -- Colorado

Have you successfully grown a professional services business?  Have you helped client relations managers reach their full potential?  Would you love the challenge of helping our law firm become the pre-eminent choice in our field?  Have you developed a dynamic business plan?  If this resonates with you, then our Executive Director of Business Development position would interest you. 

We are looking for an Executive Director of Business Development who will grow our business, develop strategic long- and short-term plans, spot new opportunities, cultivate our branding, motivate and provide direction to our client relations managers, ensure that we meet our annual goals, and communicate effectively with our shareholders and staff.  The exceptional candidate will be someone who has a demonstrated track record growing a professional services firm and has experience with Salesforce and graphic design.  We are looking for someone who is charismatic, will motivate and lead our team effectively, thinks creatively, is strategic but not calculating, and will rise to every occasion to make sure that our business development activities are forward thinking and successful.  Ask yourself if you have strong communication skills, common sense, a strong work ethic, loyalty, initiative, and an adventurous spirit.  If you do, you might be the perfect person for this position. 

The base salary range is $90,000 to $120,000 plus discretionary bonuses.  A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Development or an MBA is required.
